Verde Brand Communications, a leading integrated brand communications agency in the active outdoor lifestyle markets, announced today its communications partnership with Moxie Cycling, a cycling apparel company made by and for women, effective immediately.
“From the first time I saw Moxie Cycling’s apparel at one of my favorite bike shops, I was hooked. Moxie’s apparel is performance-driven yet super stylish and unique among cycling apparel,” said Kristin Carpenter-Ogden, CEO and founder of Verde Brand Communications. “Moxie is stand-alone in terms of design, fit, fabrication and finish work – this is a brand poised to change the game.”
In 2009, cyclists Brooke Freiborg and Deb Amorde spotted a need in the marketplace for technical, yet stylish cycling tank top jerseys. With a firsthand knowledge of what women really need from their riding apparel, they developed a jersey. This technical top, centered on high-performance, style, and comfort, was the start of Moxie Cycling. The Moxie Cycling line now comprises a variety of unique women’s cycling jerseys. In March 2014, Moxie Cycling will be expanding its collection to include original t-back tanks, sweetheart and layered tanks, tees, skirts, and a merino wool line with tops and jackets.
“As an emerging brand, we’ve grown quickly by teaming up with the best in the business,” said Brooke Freiborg, co-founder of Moxie Cycling. “We are delighted to be working with the talented team at Verde to create more brand fans and elevate the experience for women in the sport we love.”
