Alessia Piccolo, General Manager at ALÉ has no doubt: “Cycling will become more pink and I hope it will become it soon”

This is not only a statement of intent, but a real commitment that led to the creation of a line of technical clothing conceived, designed and built for women. The result is WOMEN PROJECT ALÉ, created for women, based on their real needs and thanks to the efforts of a lot of women. The foundations of the project are inside APG whose staff is largely made up of women who cycle for passion, therefore they know very well the needs of women cyclists, just because they live in first person this experience.

The obsessive craftsmanship, technological innovation in production processes and research were the same that characterize all the clothes made by ALÉ, but the special team added specific ergonomic studies, based on the anatomy of female body, to make clothes that are able to provide maximum comfort and performance for women.

The clothing that came out of WOMEN PROJECT ALÉ are different and you will immediately notice this: they are made to better fit the female anatomy. Of course, a key element as the inserts is studied on the basis of the female body: 4H(w) is the Medium Distance Woman Insert, in elastic microfiber with extra padding strategically positioned, ensuring excellent breathability and lightness for medium distances.

All the three traditional ALÉ lines are drawn for women: PR.R, top of gamma, high performance: ULTRA, perfect for those who remain on the bike for many hours and PLUS, for maximum comfort.

The models are different compared to men’s wear, as well as the design: eye-catching graphics with vibrant and trendy colors to suit the tastes of women.

The technical clothing has already become pink, thanks to ALÉ; now women have no excuses.
