Bianchi will introduce several new models in August at Eurobike, but their newest time trial bike will debut on Saturday at the Tour de France.
Bianchi continues to push development of world class frames and presents its 2015 line-up, including the early introduction of the new super aero TT-Triathlon Aquila CV frame with patented Countervail carbon fiber, Ethanol Enduro and Trail full suspension mountain models and the introduction of its first full suspension Jab e-mountain bike.
ROAD / TT – TRIATHLON
The all new Aquila CV Time Trial-Triathlon carbon frame with patented Countervail material has been engineered by Bianchi for absolute aerodynamic advantage and ride control while reducing muscle fatigue. The frame was designed using the most advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation software and has been wind tunnel tested with WorldTour athletes from the Belkin Pro Cycling Team.
Also new for 2015 is the Impulso aluminium frame with disk brake system and a significantly reduced frame weight.
MTB / ENDURO
With decades of experience in the design and engineering of cross-country mountain-bikes and downhill frames (Bianchi was the first manufacturer of a full-suspension bike back in 1915), Bianchi enters the Enduro world in 2015 with the all new Ethanol FSE 27.5”.
This full suspension is mountain biking in its purest form. It delivers fun on descents giving maximum support to the rider when racing or in epic rides in the mountains. The suspension offers superb, trusted performance for fast, adrenaline-fueled descending. Manoeuvrability is a key feature together with efficient pedalling on climbs.
MTB / TRAIL
In addition to the Cross Country and Enduro models, Bianchi introduces a new fleet of carbon and aluminium Trail bikes built to offer a great rideability combined with a specifically designed geometry that gives excellent bike control.
Key characteristics for this wide range of bikes are: easy rideability, superb steering, comfort and stability combined with lightweight and rigidity. These are bikes you can trust when riding the hardest marathon racing or in non-competitive all-day use. Main features are top class pedalling characteristics and the robustness for every technical descent.
Models in this category:
· Methanol FST 29”
· Ethanol FST 27.5”
· Jab FST 27.5”
Detailed products features and photos to be released in August.
All new 2015 models will be officially on show in the Bianchi booth in Eurobike (A4 308), from August 27th to 30th.

Hi Ron.
I’m currently based in S.Korea over the next few years. I’m in the market for a new (entry level MTB) for leisurely cross country & some off the beaten track weekend riding.
I’ve had my eye on the 2015 Bianchi Kuma 27.1 on sale at a local bike shop. The price is just right, the components are average and overall a good looking bike. The problem is I know nothing about Bianchi MTBs, and you don’t see them here at all. (mostly Giant, Canondale, Trek, Merdians
I’ve tried looking up reviews for this bike, but to no avail. There’s very little feedback from customers on this model.
Here’s a link to the model: http://www.bianchi.com/global/bikes/bikes_detail.aspx?ProductIDMaster=182488
Are you familiar at all with this bike and would you mind giving me your honest opinion on it.
cheers!
