Hincapie unveils Spring 2015 collection

Hincapie Sportswear has announced its Spring 2015 apparel line, which features a wide array of styles sure to appeal to both casual cyclists and seasoned triathletes. The seasonal update offers a massive selection of gear designed specifically to keep riders cool in warmer weather.

New Fission Series for Men

Brand new for Spring 2015, Hincapie Sportswear’s Fission Series for Men features race-ready apparel that’s designed with comfortable, durable material for everyday use. The collection will launch with five pieces, each of which are available in three color options: Classic Blue, Red, and Lime.

Fission Jersey: A performance-fitting sublimated race jersey fashioned from elastic TourTek™ fabric that hugs the body to reduce drag and maximize performance. Features Accelerator™ stretch mesh for flexible ventilation and quick drying performance and SPF 30+ UPF.

Fission Bibshort: A bibshort constructed of durable, 225 gsm AT2 Tour™ Lycra® Power that provides compressive support to stabilize muscles and reduce fatigue. Features SPF 50+ by construction and soft, aerating power stretch Diamond™ Mesh upper that dries quickly to help regulate temperature. Perfect for the weekend races or a fast club ride

Fission Arm Warmers: An ergonomic accessory constructed of soft, supple BodE Thermal Heat™ elastic knit fabric that insulates and wicks moisture away from the body.

Fission Cycling Glove: Aerodynamic pull-on gloves with Lycra fabric and minimal seaming.

Fission Cycling Cap: A quick drying, traditional nylon cycling cap that’s wind- and water-resistant.

New Mercury Series for Men

Also new for Spring 2015 is the Mercury Collection for Men, which features four garments designed in ultra lightweight fabrics to keep riders cool even on the hottest days of summer. The Mercury Jersey utilizes quick-drying Aerator™ Plus fabric that quickly moves moisture away from the skin, a Velocitek™ mesh fabric color that helps create a cooling effect, and an upper mesh pocket for an ice bag. The Mercury SL Jersey offers the same features with extra cooling offered by a sleeveless design.

The Mercury Bibshort features moisture-wicking AT2 Force™ Lycra® Power inner panels that hug and move with the body for the perfect fit, and proprietary Schoeller® coldblack® finish technology that reflects heat away from the body to regulate temperature and provides SPF 50+ UVA/UVB protection. The Mercury Glove is constructed of the lightest weight open mesh.

New Men’s Performer Series

Hincapie’s Performer series offers six garments with a sleek, refined style that are designed for day-in, day-out performance without succumbing to the elements. The Performer Jersey features Fast-drying Metric™ fabric that wicks moisture away from the skin and SPF 30+ for superior UVA/UVB protection.

The Performer Bibshort and Performer One Short are constructed of Durable, 225 gram AT2 Tour Lycra© Power that provides compressive support to stabilize muscles and reduce fatigue; the Bibshort also features a VelociTek™ mesh upper for maximum breathability.

The moisture-wicking Performer Glove is the perfect option for entry-level riders still seeking top performance.

This series also includes two pieces of matching rain gear: the Pacific Rain Shell and the Pacific Rain Vest. Both items are constructed of water-repellant, lightweight CrystalDry™ fabric is comfortable and soft to the touch and feature a semi-transparent finish that allows jersey colors to show through.

New Dhalla Series for Women

New for Spring 2015 is Hincapie’s Dhalla Series for Women, which combines optimal heat and moisture control with a unique geographic pattern.

The new collection launches with four garments, each of which is available in a choice of three colors: Blueberry, Pale Blue and Hot Pink.

Hincapie Sportswear’s Updated Flow Series offers the same level of comfort and durability with greater garment variety to meet the style and functionality needs of any triathlete.
