Just days after the announcement of the new Cannondale Habit, Cannondale factory rider Jason Moeschler rode the Habit to victory at the recent Downieville Classic Mountain Bike Race.
Moeschler, riding his first race ever on the all-new Habit, posted a 3rd in XC and 1st in DH for a 1stplace overall and his first victory in the long time race.
“My Habit was one and a half pounds lighter than the Jekyll I raced last year so I knew I would be fast on the climbs,” said Moeschler. “What I didn’t expect was to win the downhill, but the bike was phenomenal and I never felt under-suspended. I’m pumped I beat my downhill time from last year on the Jekyll!”
