Etixx – Quick-Step Pro Cycling Team set for 2016 Tour de France with Rudy Project

With over half of the 2016 Tour de France completed, the Etixx – Quick-Step Pro Cycling Team has already proven their dominance in the field, and is set to rack up more impressive results as cycling’s most prestigious stage race nears its end. Stage 4 of the 2016 Tour de France brought the most excitement for the team thus far, as sprinter Marcel Kittel captured his 14th Grand Tour victory and 11th win this season. Alaphilippe held the White (Youth) Jersey for 5 stages, asserting his place in the field at just 23 years old.

As the latter half of the 2016 Tour de France continues, Dan Martin finds himself in 3rdplace in the General Classification standings after an impressive attack during Stage 9 in the Pyrenees Mountains, only 4 second from 2nd place and 32 seconds from the Yellow Jersey. Kittel currently sits in 3rd place as well, as he pursues the Green (Sprint) Jersey, only 18 points from 2nd place, with many sprint duels to come.
