Topeak is excited to announce the launch of its new website – devoted to delivering the best cycling solutions so you can get outdoors and keep your bike going on the roads and trails. The launch of the new website includes, but is not limited to, a new interface, product filter functions, a “Buyer’s Guide”, general “Search” function, “Find a Store”, and “Topeak World”.
Consumers can expect to see, first and foremost, a revamped visual interface allowing for full-size promotion photos that highlight the key products of that season, product and brand videos, updated and easy-to-identify icons for each product series, and brand related news accompanied by high quality photos and product news.
The product filtering function gives the consumers the option filter out each category from over six different options specific to each product. The Buyer’s Guide will allow consumers to follow three steps to find a recommended product. The first will allow the consumer to choose the type of bike they are riding, then choose their riding style and where they plan to use their product on their bike, and finally a product recommendation. The “Search” and “Find a Store” sections are found in the upper-right corner of each webpage.
Additionally, Topeak plans to include more lifestyle photos that are provided by Topeak’s athletes, customers, and professional photographers to show how each product can be used in real life. This will also be integrated into the ’Topeak World’ page, which is made up of a lifestyle photo gallery that shows the bond between Topeak, the company, the product, the rider, and its core value.
In each individual product page, a feature highlight column shows key functions, a “How to Use” video column, and a support column for downloadable materials such as user manuals and rebuild kits for respective products.
“The launch of Topeak’s new website is a full revamp allowing consumers to educate and navigate finding product for their bike easier,” said Topeak marketing representative, Amos Lin. “By showing how products can be used in real-life, and including the new Buyer’s Guide, we hope users will find ease in their online experience with us, and share their riding experiences.”
