Consumate Italian bike brand Wilier-Triestina is another company that is trying to regain their footing in the US market. While they certainly have a long tradition like Cinelli, their sponsorship experience in the World Tour has kept them current on new technologies and building techniques.
Wilier’s Cento10Pro would definitely not be out of place in the World Tour peloton. The company hopes to return to the top level of the sport in 2019 or 2020.The Cento10Pro features a unique integrated bar/stem system. The Cento IHy ($5499) is not what you would think of when you hear the word ’hybrid’. Not a gravel bike, but not a commuter either, the carbon fiber IHy can accommodate up to 30c tires and features a wider range Shimano Ultegra drivetrain.Plenty of room for wider tires here– The $3999 Jena model is Wilier’s gravel offering. The Jena will take up to a 42c tire on 650b wheels, but can also run 700c’s.The Wilier Turbine is a UCI legal TT/Tri bike. While this one had a straight seat post, you can also spec a set-forward post for Tri events. It’s not obvious here, but the tri-bars on the Turbine can be disconnected by the arm pads to make it easier to pack for travel.Wilier even has mountain bikes, something that I’ve not seen before.
