Muc-off launches expanded tubeless range

Muc-Off are ending 2019 with a BAM* by launching their expanded tubeless range; now available worldwide from Muc-Off dealers, e-retailers and direct from muc-off.com. This new collection comes after the huge success of the brand’s award-winning Tubeless Sealant and best-selling Tubeless Valves which both launched last year.

All the products within the innovative new range are designed to be user-friendly and hassle-free for every type of cyclist, from the trails to the tarmac, from those going tubeless for the first time to those maintaining an existing set-up.

STEP 1: PREPARE

Glue and Sealant Remover

This non-aggressive proprietary formula helps remove rim tape glue, sealant or tubular glue residue from inside rims (and many other surfaces) prior to applying Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape. Safe to use on most metal, plastic and carbon fibre surfaces.

Tubeless Rim Tape

Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape is made from their own proprietary performance material with a pressure sensitive
adhesive to provide just the right amount of stretch whilst maintaining durability and strength needed to create a lasting airtight seal. Semi-transparent material makes locating the valve hole easy. Supplied with 4x Seal Patches. Available in a 10m and 50m workshop roll in 6 widths to suit most Road, CX, Gravel, MTB and Plus-sized rims.

Ultimate Tubeless Setup Kit

The Muc-Off Ultimate Tubeless Kit contains everything needed to get a tubeless-ready wheelset set up and ready to roll. Each Kit contains a Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape, Seal Patches, 2x CNC-machined black Tubeless Valves and 2x pouches of No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant.

With 5 available kits for:

  • Road/gravel/CX with shallow rims (44mm tubeless valves and 21mmx10m Rim Tape)
  • Road/gravel/CX with deep rims (60mm tubeless valves and 21mmx10m Rim Tape)

CO2 Inflator Kits

The Muc-Off Inflator Kits help riders quickly inflate their tyres and quickly get back to riding in no time! Available in 25g size cartridges for MTB and 16g for road, and inflating tyres up to 30psi and 100psi from flat
respectively. Each kit contains 2x cartridges, 1x compact and durable CNC-machined inflator head with
soft-touch press-down button which easily controls CO2 release.

Dual head nozzle compatible with Presta and Schrader valves and 1x neoprene sleeve to help avoid freeze burn.

Cartridges are also available separately.

B.A.M! quickly inflates and repairs punctures at the same time by injecting latex foam and air into a tyre or tube. B.A.M! is the perfect emergency backup that can be strapped to a bike frame using the new Muc-Off B.A.M! Utility Belt (sold separately) or carried in a ride pack. Compatible with road, CX/gravel and MTB wheels as well as most tubeless sealants. Will inflate a 29” MTB tyre in under a minute and capable of sealing holes up to 3-4mm.

Puncture Plug Repair Kit

When a puncture is simply too big to seal, the Muc-Off Puncture Plug Repair Kit is the ultimate backup
tool that’s lightweight and easy-to-use. The tough and durable handle and 2-in-1 puncture plug/reamer
tool comes with 5x thick plugs and 5x thin plugs packed all packed together in a handy storage pouch.
Compatible with all tubeless road, MTB and gravel tyres. Refill packs with 10x repair plugs (5x thin and 5x
thick) available separately.

and everything in-between. The tough outer camo fabric offers the protection needed for your essential
cycling accessories with a heavy-duty rubber-encased rope zip pull for quick and easy access on the
bike. Internally, the case features a soft divider to keep your cards separate from your smartphone or you
tube separate from multi-tools, gas cylinder and tyre levers. The Essentials Case also has a zipped pocket
for smaller valuables like keys and coins. Big enough to fit larger phones while still fitting comfortably in
your back or side pocket.
