Chris King announces new Factory Finds program

  • Ron

Chris King Precision Components is launching a new initiative called Factory Finds, a program offering a curated selection of products in sunsetted colors from past seasons. These products, while no longer part of the 2023 product offering, are first quality and present a unique opportunity for cyclists to acquire what are now, essentially, limited-edition items.

Factory Finds will be available exclusively through the Chris King website. Each part will be assembled to order, including Headsets, Bottom Brackets, and Hubs. Also, customers can have Factory Finds hubs built into any in-stock rims, with a variety of choices from King, ENVE, Stan’s, and HED.

“While Chris* was away during the long Memorial Day weekend, we snuck into his office in search of the rumored Chris King iPhone Case. Though we didn’t find it, we did discover a treasure trove of components in sunset colors,” shared Greg Hudson, King Sales Manager. “Rather than letting these parts gather dust, we decided to offer them for sale.**”

These items are in limited supply, and once they are sold out, they will not be restocked. However, as we continue to uncover more of Chris’ hiding places, additional products may be added to the selection. It’s worth checking back from time to time to see if any new treasures have been revealed.

* “Chris” refers to “The” Chris King.

** Chris doesn’t really hide or hoard products. They just had a bunch of products on the shelves in the back of the assembly department that are finally getting cleared out.
