Every year, the world’s best MTB athletes congregate in Utah for Red Bull Rampage. For the first time in 4 years, SCOTT Sports’ very own Brendan Fairclough is back at the event, and has been carving out more and more unique features into the desert landscape. Having missed previous editions through Covid, injuries and the birth of his second daughter, Brendog is as motivated as ever to show the world what he’s got cooking.
What can we expect from Brendan and his build crew? Technical features? Defo. Exposure? You betcha’. Quintessential Brendog style? Uh-huh. Canyon gap? You already knew.
With his return to Rampage, and the upcoming release of his second feature film Deathgrip 2, we worked with Brendan on a custom SCOTT Gambler to help celebrate the film and all of the work that he has put into it over the last few years. You’ll find clever details throughout, including his daughters’ names and even a Royal Mail first class stamp – Brendog approved.
Brendog’s Custom SCOTT Gambler
Brendan built his custom SCOTT Gambler special edition with the help of his friends at MB Cyclery, UK. Pay close attention as he walks us through the build, the special parts and the many little personal details that make this bike truly special.
Brendan rides a size Large SCOTT Gambler with FOX Suspension, DMR cranks, grips and pedals, Hayes brakes, ENVE wheels, Pirelli tires, SRAM shifter and rear mech, and a Deity bar/stem saddle and seatpost.
