Calling all fans who just can’t wait for the return of the UCI MTB World Cup! Race Tapes Season 2, the show offering a unique behind the scenes view into the lives of the riders in the thick of the action, is available now on Red Bull TV.

With another blockbuster schedule of downhill and cross-country races starting on April 12 in Mairiporã, Brazil, Race Tapes Season 2 reconnects fans with last season’s climactic moments and sets the stage for what’s to come in 2024.

From GOAT Rachel Atherton’s spectacular winning return after having a baby to the relationship between emerging superstar Jackson Goldstone and his legendary teammate Greg Minnaar, and from Trek Factory Racing’s bold team rebuild to the rivalry of Swiss competitors Nino Schurter and Mathias Flückiger – no subject is off limits.

By highlighting both the physical and psychological aspects of elite level mountain biking and merging personal stories with competitive ones, the series captures the essence of the rivalry, dedication, and ambition on display at the pinnacle of the sport.

  • The six-part series relives the wild rides and memorable action on show during last year’s UCI MTB World Cup season.
  • The series features athletes including: Rachel Atherton, Jackson Goldstone, Greg Minnaar, Nino Schurter, Mathias Flückiger, Loïc Bruni, Puck Pieterse, Vali Höll, Finn Iles, Evie Richards, Jolanda Neff and Loris Vergier.
  • Episode 1 uncovers the inside story on how Trek Factory Racing rebuilt from the ground up incorporating the structure and team atmosphere that General Manager Matt Shriver experienced in the road cycling set-up.
  • As well as exclusive interviews with the athletes, viewers will also hear from coaches, team managers, and insiders in the sport like Eliot Jackson and Chris Kilmurray who’ll further shine a light on the highs and lows of elite level racing.
