Just a few days after Zwift announced its price increase, the BKOOL cycling simulator is hitting back with a series of important new features aimed at improving its users’ experience.
The new version of BKOOL is the only indoor cycling software that allows users to pause and resume activities.
BKOOL also features a huge variety of real-world tracks in video and 3D, allowing you to ride any type of track in the world. The ability to pause and resume an activity opens the door to ultra-distance challenges in virtual cycling.
From now on you will be able to define your own itineraries within each BKOOL virtual route, complete the section you want and pause your training to continue collecting kilometres the next day.
Another of the main new features is the new Events section, with a redesigned view in the form of a landing page that allows you to access the stages of each virtual experience more quickly and easily. Once you enter the BKOOL main menu, all the stages of the three editions of the Virtual Giro d’Italia and the Deutschland Tour are just a click away.
In addition, BKOOL is launching new routes with its immersive simulation technology that combines high-definition video and 3D elements. The new routes include real sections of famous races such as Milano-Sanremo, Milano-Torino, Strade Bianche or Tirreno-Adriatico.
All these new features can be tested for free with the 30-day free trial available at www.bkool.com.
New website and name for indoor cycling video class app
BKOOL wants to become a more social platform with an improved image, while keeping its differentiating features. One of these is its subscription video spinning class app, which is now called BKOOL Spin Studio.
In the words of its Marketing Director, Ángel Luis Fernández: “We changed the name of our spinning app to better define its content. BKOOL is the only virtual cycling platform that allows you to enjoy indoor cycling classes, ride any route in the world in the most realistic way, create your own workouts or compete in the velodrome. We offer the most complete indoor cycling experience at the most affordable price on the market”.
In addition, to showcase the variety of its content and to better express its benefits, BKOOL has launched a new website, which will continue to operate under the www.bkool.com domain, but with a much fresher and improved look.
