Ritchey recently added their Streem aero drop bar to the SuperLogic collection of carbon fiber components. The new handlebar updates one of the brand’s classic bars to include many modern touches to help riders add aerodynamics and comfort to their ride with the quality Ritchey is known for.

Ritchey took their Streem handlebar, which is already available in Comp an WCS levels, and made a carbon fiber version. This allowed them to flatten the tops even more than the WCS version for aerodynamics and a comfortable hand position. It features a subtle 5 degree back sweep for a natural position at the wrists. The SuperLogic Streem features a longer reach than most handlebars, helping to promote a more aerodynamic position, while also adding a little extra support for your forearms when you ride with your arms parallel to the ground. The hoods run a little more narrow for that “narrow is aero” position, before adding a 10 degree flare into the drops for a 4cm wider grip when sprinting. Sizes include 36/40cm, 38/42cm, and 40/44cm.
The SuperLogic Streem offers a few different options when it comes to cable routing. Underneath, there are openings just after the hoods to run cables inside to just before the stem clamp, when they can transition into one of Ritchey’s Switch stems for a hidden fully internal routing into the frame. There is also a cutout on the back of the bar for true internal routing through the inside of a stem. The different options make it right at home from anything to a modern carbon race bike to your steel Ritchey Road Logic frame. There is also a hole on the drops for a Di2 handlebar junction unit.
For functional features when fitting on the bike, Ritchey added no-slip grit sections at the stem and brake lever clamp areas to help keep everything from slipping. They also added graduated hash marks to help you line the levers up evenly and level the bar.

As with all SuperLogic components, they are the top of Ritchey’s range, and command a premium price. The SuperLogic Streem handlebar comes in at $299.95/€299.90 (inc. VAT)/£260.90 (inc. VAT).
