The new State Undefeated line-up has been re-engineered with Y9 aluminum, based on 6061 Aluminium but with added titanium, giving it improved hardness and tensile strength over its predecessor. This new-alloy composition allows for the thinnest possible wall thickness to be used, thereby reducing overall weight.

SRAM today announced that they have acquired cycling technology company Hammerhead, maker of the Karoo 2 cycling computer. Hammerhead will join SRAM’s portfolio of brands and will continue to develop new products under the new ownership model.
